What is data quality? How do we document data quality and ensure that only data of sufficient quality is accessed and used to describe, evaluate, and improve policies and programs? Improving data quality has been a long-standing challenge of many agencies and organizations and has become both more complex and necessary in light of COVID and the dual pandemic of racial violence.
